Written terms control
Return rights, replacement procedures, credit terms, inspection windows, and responsibility for transport costs depend on the signed or otherwise confirmed commercial documents for the relevant order.
Notice and records
A return or nonconformance request should include the product category, commercial file reference, delivery details, photographs where relevant, inspection notes, packing marks, and a clear description of the concern.
Review process
YAOTAI may coordinate communication among buyer, supplier, logistics provider, or other counterparties to review records and identify an appropriate commercial response.
Condition of goods
Goods should be preserved, safely stored, and handled according to applicable instructions while a nonconformance review is underway. Regulated or chemical products may require special handling before any movement is considered.
